RULES AND PROCEDURES

Rules are never fun, but it is always to preserve the good functioning of an establishment.

Hence for a pleasant and trouble-free stay, read the following:

THE RESERVATION

The reservation is final only upon receipt of the booking contract signed and accompanied by a deposit of 40% of the amount of your stay.

THE WARRANTY DEPOSIT

The security deposit must be given on arrival and will be refunded upon departure, after deduction of the possible costs of restoration of the premises and the value of the missing or deteriorated equipment. The deposit or guarantee is 1500 €.

PAYMENT AT ARRIVAL

The balance of the stay will be required upon arrival, the deposit paid to the reservation will be deducted from the price of the stay.

However, you will be asked to visit the rented parts and verify that they are suitable for you to carry out an inventory before any payment.

If the number of people arriving at the gate exceeds the capacity, the owner is able to refuse the additional persons. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of a greater number of persons than those refused, no refund can be envisaged.

STATE OF PLACES

An inventory will be made at the arrival and departure of the group. Any loss or damage will result in compensation. A booklet containing recommendations for the use of the equipment and the inventory will be made available to the group leader.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified by email to the owner.

  1. A) Cancellation before arrival on the premises: The deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry to the premises.

If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and the owner can dispose of his deposit. The deposit also remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the rental.

  1. B) If the stay is shortened: No refund will be made.

EQUIPMENTS

The cottage is rented with bedding, kitchen equipment, crockery, linens, all in accordance with an inventory made available.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

For a weekend, arrival on Friday from 4 pm and departure on Sunday in the late afternoon. For one week, arrival on Saturday from 4 pm and departure on the following Saturday at 11 am.

Pets are not allowed.

INSURANCE

The hosted tenant is responsible for any damages. The team leader is invited to subscribe to a liability insurance, personal injury and material damage for the duration of their stay. In case of theft or degradation in the rented premises, the owner declines all responsibilities.

THE HOUSEHOLD

As you know, the accommodation is not a hotel, so cleaning is not included in the price.

At the end of the stay, the place must be returned in the same condition as the arrival

If the cleaning of the equipment and premises is not done or is in unsatisfactory condition, €80 is systematically invoiced according to the contract.

To take the household service does not dispense you of doing the dishes, nor to clean the tables, nor to empty and take away the bins and bottles consumed.

Outside:

Sweep the deck if necessary and pick up papers, cigarette butts and other rubbish.

Close the parasols

For safety reasons and for the respect of others, it is forbidden to smoke in the premises.

The use of the stereo system must be carried out under conditions respectful of neighbors and other groups.

The equipment used must comply with the standards in force and comply during the evening with the legislation. Any breach of the standards, the owner has the authority to stop the evening and the penal and civil consequences are the sole responsibility of the tenant

The bins must be used with plastic bags and must be placed regularly in the communal containers (to avoid overflows and odors).

Do not take out the inside furniture and the blankets of the beds outside.

Do not move the beds.

Do not eat in the rooms.

Lights and electrical appliances must be switched off when leaving the lodge.

The air conditioner must be switched off if the bay windows are open.

Initially, replace all the equipment and furniture in its original place.

The use of the swimming pool by the children is the sole responsibility of the parents or the persons in charge.

Before opening the shutter of the pool, make sure to have detached it from its safety.

Depth 1M to 1M60 (not to dive)

Any degradation will be invoiced at the cost of the new one for the missing objects or the deteriorated material. The amount will be deducted from the deposit.
